1. Who we are
Unicorn Insider (unicorninsider.com) is a newsletter published by AIA LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("AIA", "we", "us"). When you subscribe or use the site, you are contracting with AIA LLC.
2. Acceptance
By using this site or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old, or have authority to bind the organization you subscribe for.
3. The service
Unicorn Insider is a public research newsletter about emerging-growth companies, delivered under a subscription model. Subscribers receive future issues for the term of their plan. The site also offers an AI question tool that answers from the content of the current issue.
4. Not investment advice
All content, including AI-generated answers, is for general and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Investing in small-cap companies involves substantial risk, including loss of your entire investment. Your investment decisions are your own responsibility; consult a licensed professional before acting. AI answers may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be checked against the issue itself.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service:
- unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or market manipulation;
- to infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property;
- to interfere with security: no malware, probing, scraping, or bypassing technical limits;
- to misuse the AI tool, such as attempting to jailbreak it or generate unlawful content.
6. Intellectual property
AIA LLC owns the newsletter, site, branding, and all related content. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to read the content and share it as the newsletter allows. You may not resell it or republish it as your own.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. The Annual plan renews yearly until cancelled; the 6-Month and 12-Month Special plans are one-time payments that do not renew. See our Refund Policy.
8. Service level
We do not guarantee the site or newsletter will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
AIA LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including trading or investment losses, lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything that cannot be limited by law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
